SAN DIEGO — January 21, 2003— Peregrine Semiconductor Corp. today announced that its ISO-9001:1994 Certification for the design and manufacture of semiconductors has been upgraded to ISO-9001:2000.
Peregrine Semiconductor was granted the Certificate of Registration by QMI, a leading International management systems registrar in North America. The ISO-9001:1994 family of quality management system standards has been updated to reflect a more modern understanding of quality. To better address the needs of organizations, ISO-9001:2000 contains the first major changes to the standards since their initial issue.
