Company strengthens global sales and support resources
San Diego, California, Feb. 12, 2013 — Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: PSMI), a fabless provider of high-performance radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs), today announced it has appointed Carl Burrow to the newly-created position of Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Applications. Burrow brings more than 25 years of semiconductor and EDA sales experience to Peregrine, having worked at companies such as Texas Instruments, Actel Corporation, Synopsys, and Magma Design Automation. In his new role, Burrow will manage all aspects of Peregrine’s sales and applications functions, worldwide.
